One of many colors.

The color of a Bard's Sash.
A Terrain Effect in Quests
If this color is on an arrow head or a strip tied to an Arrow it indicates an Armor-piercing Arrow.
Under the 6.0 rules this color indicated a Warrior or Warrior Improve but now both are marked by Purple strips.
Blue is the color associated with a 2nd level order of the warrior.
In Heraldry Light blue is called "Celestria", and Dark blue is called Azure.
In Medieval Europe Azure or blue was thought to signify loyalty and truth.
