Revival

Revival occurs when a player is returned to life through a means other than Respawning, such as the use of an ability like the Resurrection spell.

By default, a revived player is brought back to life with their armor, equipment and abilities in the same state they were before they died, however some effects may bestow additional restoration to the recipient.

Some revival abilities may also indicate a maximum distance from the point of death that they can be used. For these abilities, the exact location of the death isn’t that important as long as the distance is judged fairly and in good faith.
