Empower is a spell used by:
- 2nd Level Bards

Incantation | “I empower thee” |
Materials | None |
Effects | Target player regains one use of any per-life Ability or Magic they have expended. |
Limitations or Restrictions | Does not function on Empower, Confidence, Restoration, or similar Magic and Abilities.
May not be used on the caster. |
Notes | Does not allow a player to have more than his maximum uses of a Magic or Ability. |
