Chava became involved in Amtgard when her son Xander Saif and daughter-in-law Koko Laylah informed her that transportation was needed to get a bunch of people from Mystic Hallow over to Trails End for Tal Dagore's Crown Quals in April, 2011. Thus began the Luminous Windstars, a household for those who find themselves transporting people to events. Chava is Mystic Hallow's Emergency Physician.
