Biography
Above all, she is everyone's big sister.
Early Years
In 2000, Sethra began her Amtgard journey in Shady Hollow, the Milford, NH shire. Her credits and awards lost, she began playing in Goldenvale proper in 2002. Gauntlet III was her first real big event.
A few Fury of the Northlands and Great Easterns were filled with memories of battles, socializing, and drinking. Campfires hot enough to melt glass, instant coffee that'll put hair on your chest, and general merry making filled those years.
A Change of Scenery
Fury of the Northlands, 2006 was Sethra's last Goldenvale event for some time. It was there that she was introduced to the legendary Pollux. She married Maraikoh, her high school sweetheart and moved to the desert lands of Sun's Anvil. The local park, started by Pollux and Kudzu, was still a freehold, awaiting the newly weds arrival. After rock-paper-scissors was played for sheriff and chancellor, she was chosen to be regent and High Oasis became an official shire.
Affectionately referred to as Madame, the Regent of HO, Sethra hosted many A&S nights with Maraikoh. She gave awards, earned awards, and had the time of her Amt-life in that desert.
And then Moon came along... The birth of Sethra and Maraikoh's first son increased her feelings of missing home. Though the people, who became family, of the desert gave a new shape to her heart, she desperately missed being surrounded by trees.
With much sorrow, she left that family behind. It broke their hearts, too... and Sethra was deemed evil.
Back Amongst the Trees
In the early snowy months of 2009, and pregant with her second son, Sethra returned to Goldenvale. There were very few familiar faces, but they were happy faces. Parks days were few for Sethra, though she made it out for March Coronation.
Later that year, she and Moon attended Fury of the Northlands. The year after that, Sethra attend with both children and Maraikoh. A poster size collage of that weekend hangs in her mundane living room.
That will be the last time Sethra and Maraikoh had anything to do with Amtgard for many, many years.
A Grand Retun
Fury of the Northlands, 2024: Sethra attends with her children Flintfury Pebbletosser and Arverus as guests of the esteemed Grandmaster Assassin Prazac. Sethra learned of the fall of GV proper and how it became Granite Crown, and of the new lands close by. Sethra did not expect Fury to be as amazing as it was...
With Maraikoh and her boys, Sethra is an ecstatic resident of Granite Crown.
