Non-Striking Tip
This refers to any tip on a melee weapon that is not intended for striking, such as pommels and the ends of crossguards.
- Starting from the tip, Incidental Padding must fully encapsulate the core for at least 1".
- Padding must have a cross-section of at least 2” perpendicular to the core.
- Must not protrude more than 1.5” through a 2” ring when uncompressed.
