Strong Leather, Hides, And Furs
Armors made of thick leather, hides, furs and their synthetic equivalents.
Requirements:
- Minimum Thickness of 5/32” / 0.16” / 4mm / 10oz
Examples of Superior Construction include, but are not limited to:
- Thicker Material: At least 3/16” / 0.19” / 4.8mm / 12oz
- Cuirboilli: Made Rigid through boiling, wax impregnation, lacquering, etc.
- T5/6 Mimic: Style similar to Scale, Lamellar, etc.
- Reinforced: Durability is meaningfully enhanced with other materials in a way that doesn’t qualify for higher tiers.
Armor Styles Tier 1: Cloth/Padded Armor
Tier 2: Light Leather · Butcher's Mail / Sharkmail
Tier 3: Heavy Leather · Chainmail · Rigid Non-Metal Armor
Tier 4: Light Scale
Tier 5: Heavy Scale · Butted Plate
Tier 6: Lamellar and Laminar · Brigandine · Plate
Special: Ambiguous Armor
