Base
Bases are a designated in-bounds location that some or all players can use as their starting zone and rallying point. Some abilities and effects will reference bases, such as by forcing a player to return to their base, or only being usable while within their base.
It is not recommended to have bases and respawn locations in the same space, but if a Base and Respawn Location are in the same space, dead players coming to Respawn should do so in a way that doesn’t cause confusion or unfair surprises. (see HSR#3) V9: Replenish at Base
