A Weapon (V7)

The Rulebook says;

Between 36 and 72 inches long and may be used as a thrusting weapon in melee. As with all projectile weapons Javelins do one point of damage to armor and may be blocked by weapons without penalty.

How to make Javelins

You Need

  • About 5 feet of PVC pipe (this works best for javelins because it doesn't use spacers)
  • A pool noodle
  • 2 yards of cloth
  • Spare chunks of noodle
  • Tape

Directions

  1. Get the PVC pipe and the pool noodle. Cut them so the noodle is a few inches longer.
  2. Shove the PVC pipe into the hollow center of the pool noodle.
  3. Cap each end with chunks of noodle.
  4. Vertical strip or spiral wrap the exterior of the noodle (for longevity) Be sure that the foam and foam caps are held securely in place.
  5. Cut a length of cloth based on the circumference of the pool noodle.
  6. Sew the fabric so it makes a tube.
  7. Sew one top of the fabric.
  8. Slide the fabric tube onto the pool noodle.
  9. Sew the other side.
