Empower is a spell used by:
- 2nd Level Bards
- Type
- Verbal
- School
- Sorcery
- Range
- Touch
- Incantation
- “I empower thee”
- Materials
- None
- Effects
- Target player regains one use of any per-life Ability or Magic they have expended.
- Limitations or Restrictions
- Does not function on Empower, Confidence, Restoration, or similar Magic and Abilities. May not be used on the caster.
- Notes
- Does not allow a player to have more than their maximum uses of a Magic or Ability.
