Thorpe joined Amtgard in August of 07 . Previous to his Amtgard Career Thorpe was a squire in the Outlands of the SCA for several years before leaving the society. In addition Thorpe ran a NERO Chapter in Colorado and in Iowa for well over 12 years, Thorpe is also largely responsible for the NERO rulebook in its current incarnation.
