Empower is a spell used by:

Type	Verbal
School	Sorcery
Range	Touch
Incantation	“I empower thee”
Materials	None
Effects	Target player regains one use of any per-life Ability or Magic they have expended.
Limitations or Restrictions	Does not function on Empower, Confidence, Restoration, or similar Magic and Abilities. May not be used on the caster.
Notes	Does not allow a player to have more than his maximum uses of a Magic or Ability.
