Biting Winds is a shire located in Groton, Connecticut.
Heraldry
History
The chapter was started in Summer 2014 by Pagan Darcborne. It petitioned the Kingdom of Goldenvale in August 2015 and joined officially on 19 September 2015.

Contacts and Directions
- Park days are typically held at George Washington Park in Groton, CT, at 1:00 PM on Sunday afternoons.
- From I-95 (South or North), take exit 87. Follow the road to the stoplight. Turn right onto Meridian St and take the second left onto Park Ave. We usually meet in one of the pavilions right as you come into the park.
- Washington Park is surrounded by Mitchell St, Meridian St, and Park Ave (Google Maps link).
- The group usually congregates in an unreserved pavilion closer to the town hall/police station (east side).
