The test you take, on your kingdom's Corpora or 'body of law'.
Why would you do that?
Knowing your corpora is essential to taking an active role in your government, testing that knowledge is just good practice. It is also often required that you pass a test on the corpora as part of qualifiing to hold high office; such as prime minister, regent, monarch, Guildmaster of Reeves, and Champion
Where do you get them?
Corpora tests are typically made, distributed, and maintained, by kingdom level prime ministers. Sometime chapter primes also take up this role. If you are a member of a freehold you might get this test from the Burning Lands Kpm or your local.
These tests are typically offered every three months, at Qualifications and Midreign. But often available at request, anytime.
