Biography
The South Side Sultan, Esq. has traveled the lands of Amtgardia for many years. It was until recently that he arrived in the Kingdom of the Rising Winds and eventually settled in at the shire of the Valley of the Twin Rivers.
The Sultan's long time friend, Lord Master Wesley of House Malkavian, resided at VTR and welcomed him with open arms. It was here that the Sultan made his home. It was here that he was welcomed into the Mystic Falcons.
As always, the Sultan tries to make better his home. Improved sign in sheets, improved A&S, improved recruitment; these are all things the Sultan has provided to VTR, his home.
