Unquiet Seas

Unquiet Seas

Two ships have come across one another at sea. The opportunity to attack has come! Planks have been lowered. Grab your enemy's treasure, kill their Captain, and get back to your ship. Quickly, before the skies get too dark. There's a storm brewing on the rise!

Teams: 2, plus unaffiliated Monsters

Lives: Unlimited, except for the Captain (see below)

Respawn: 60 (taken from death)

Base: Designated General Quarters ("X" on the map). Basically a spot opposite the enemy base and as far from the planks as possible. If combat is taking place within 10' of base, those waiting to come alive should move aside and delay coming alive until active combat has moved away.

Players: 20+ per side

Objective: Kill the Enemy Captain, Recover the Treasure (Heavy Object)

Scenario Rules: A variant of the Boarding Parties game with changes to Lives, Respawn and Refresh rules. Each ship declares a single Captain. This player has five lives. Once the Captain has lost all five lives, their team may no longer respawn.

Additional Rules: The ships are surrounded by Water. Any player knocked or stepping off the ship or planks has to make it to their base (on their knees!) in order to rejoin the battle. Players in the Water may not fight one another, but may use melee attacks to defend themselves against the Shark(s) roaming around the playing area.

Additionally, after ten minutes of play, several Reeves (and anyone playing a Shark) should take on the role of Raging Storm terrain and begin making life miserable for both teams as the skies turn dark and the seas turn choppy.

Refresh: None

Types Best Supported: Full Class
