Long-Forgotten Gold

From AmtWiki

A Stronghold has been lost to a fell creature. Now, a party has come to reclaim their birthright. Little do they know that another group has set off on a similar quest - and the great beast is not dead, but merely sleeping...

Teams: 2 or more plus a neutral monster (or more)

Lives: Unlimited

Respawn: 60 seconds counted at death

Base: Each “Questing Party” gets a base at opposite ends of the field. Monsters may respawn anywhere so long as they are no less than 20' from an opponent.

Players: 3+ per side plus monsters

Refresh: Not Applicable

Objective: Recover the treasures

Scenario Rules: The field should have coins, gems, chests, trinkets, and talismans scattered across it. Chests are considered a heavy object, while the rest may be carried in a hand, a pouch, etc. When a player is killed, he or she drops any treasure on their person. Magic Items may be used, and trinkets that are used are destroyed per normal. At the end of the game (20 minutes), the side with the most points in treasure wins. Coins are 1 point, gems are 3, chests are 15, trinkets are 5, and talismans are worth 20. The monsters should be suitably powerful (think Dragons, obviously) and will attack anyone and everyone.

Optional Rules: Include an artifact. This item is worth a mighty 50 points and should be hotly contested.

Types Best Supported: Class, Militia
