Biography

Yllarius Croceus was brought to Amtgard by tales of Battle and Glory by his various friends. He always had a sharp and creative mind, and as such he was drawn to the mystical arts of Wizardry.

History

Yllarius was orphaned as a young boy, sad and alone he wandered the world, toughening himself against the harsh realities of life. Even as he eked out a living alone, he enjoyed life, often staring into the sunset and seeing sights that the average peasant hasn't the time too. Always curious he was constantly exploring and examining things. He loved to figure out how they worked and what people thought. He constantly got into trouble by authoritative figures for eavesdropping and generally 'butting in' to places he did not belong. Eventually he was taken in by a noble-mans son, an eccentric and debonair boy. This man, although treating Yllarius less like a companion than a lackey. Taught him the ways and eccentricities of high society, as well as his eventual lust and lecherous attitude. When the boy died, Yllarius took his place, seamlessly integrating into the aristocratic class. Although at first glance, Yllarius seems to view women as more property than equals. It's merely an act, as treating them as such prevents them from getting close to his wounded and lonely heart....

Physical Appearance

Yllarius stands around 6'1, with short curly brown hair. Usually sporting long flowing gold robes and a staff, his appearance is subject to constant change, as fickle as his mind. He has a slender, slightly muscular build belying the usual frailty of your average wizard.

Legacy

Although new to Amtgard and Autumn Grove, Yllarius has convinced a numerous amount of people to join the shire using his charismatic and aristocratic nature. Such people as Azrael Satio, MC, Fariel Zenetois, Raze, and more. He hopes to continue adding to the ranks of Amtgard as time wears on.
