KINGDOM ALTHING 12/6/08

Althing was called by Tyrant Margul Malorius II and KPM Sir Feral Lynn Hammersong.

Sir Feral asked if anyone would like a copy of the Kingdom's corpora before we started. He advised he only had 5 extra copies.

Tyrant Margul asked Baron Taven Char to step forward as acting champion for the Althing since our Kingdom Champion wasn't present.

Agenda:

• 1) Ratify Sir Zachry Ironwolf as appointed by Tyrant Margul and KPM Sir Feral at Kingdom Quals for Kingdom Regent.
  • a. Sir Zachry was asked to come forward before the populace. He stated that he would accept the appointment and looked forward to doing the work in the position.
  • b. Sir Kane made the motion to vote on Sir Zachry.
  • c. Sir Redhawk Longwing seconded the motion.
  • d. A call to vote was made: 33 yeas and 12 nays (45 total).

• 2) Ratify Sir Gavin Tress'Alon as appointed by Tyrant Margul and KPM Sir Feral at Kingdom Quals for Kingdom Guildmaster of Reeves.
  • a. Tyrant Margul spoke on Sir Gavin's behalf due to mundane reasons keeping him from being present at the event. (His schooling being the actual reason.) Emperor-elect Sebastian du Lac also spoke on Sir Gavin's behalf in his absence.
  • b. Sir Megiddo sel Esdraelon made the motion to vote on Sir Gavin.
  • c. Carried by overwhelming sound of "yeas".

• 3) Ratify Squire Portheus as appointed by Tyrant Margul and KPM Sir Feral at Kingdom Quals for Kingdom Champion.
  • a. Sir Redhawk Longwing stepped up and stated that he would be proud 2 have such a person as Kingdom Champion due to his taking advice and the willingness to try harder.
  • b. Emperor-elect Sebastian stated the same in regard to his character.
  • c. Master Sniper made the motion to vote on Squire Portheus
  • d. Sir Megiddo seconded the motion
  • e. A call to vote was made: 34 yeas and 3 nays (37 total).

• 4) Corpora Committee/Changes
  • a. Tyrant Margul reminded everyone that changes are coming. He said the current committee has been slowly working on creating new drafts for everyone to look over.
  • b. Emperor-elect Sebastian said the changes will be voted on at Kingdom Quals. He suggested you speak to committee members if you have suggestions or ideas.
  • c. Sir Kane said that there will be petitions coming for everyone to sign about the changes coming for the Corpora. He asked that everyone please sign them so that these changes can be placed on the ballot for voting during Quals.

• 5) Sir Zachry made a motion that Sir Megiddo be warned for his excessive talking or interruption.\

• 6) Sir Feral made a motion to close.

• 7) Sir Chewie Lightguard made an announcement about the open Knights' Meeting after court where they will be setting up their calendar and

discussing other business.

• 8) Squire Tex announced that the "Toys for Tots" tournament was still happening after Althing. Since many people were unable to bring

actual toys, cash donations would be accepted as entrance for the tournaments.

• 9) Motion was made and seconded to close Althing.

KINGDOM ALTHING 12/7/08

Althing was called by Emperor Sebastian du Lac and KPM Sir Feral Lynn Hammersong.

Agenda:

• 1) BOD Member replacement
  • a. 3 positions are up for discussion due to the fluctuation of the previous calendar
    • i. Master Nomad, Sir Redhawk, and Master Silvertip are the people currently filling the positions.
    • ii. Master Nomad stated he would like to stay on if possible.
    • iii. Sir Redhawk stated he would step aside to allow "new blood" onto the board.
    • iv. Master Silvertip's seat is no longer open as Sir Margul will be filling it as the former Monarch.
  • b. Sir Ladyhawk nominated Squire Tex to fill the position vacated by Sir Redhawk.
  • c. The positions were approved by verbal vote.

• 2) Lord Odin passed out the Kingdom calendar for Emperor Sebastian.
  • a. WeaponMaster/DragonMaster will be in Crimson Moon on Sunday, January 18, 2008. The actual location will be posted ASAP. It will not be at Drew Park, the normal location of Crimson Moon. Emperor Sebastian wants a location with ample electricity and coverage for the

event.

• • • i. Please contact Sir Zachry for information/questions about DragonMaster.
    • ii. Please contact Emperor Sebastian for information/questions about WeaponMaster as the Kingdom Champion, Portheus, doesn't have constant

internet access.

• • b. Collegium may be held during the Multi-Park Party on the weekend of April 3-5, 2008. This will be discussed between Squire Silvertip and

Sir Zachry.

• • c. Sir Redhawk Longwing is the Autocrat for Midreign on the weekend of February 27-March1, 2008.
    • i. The location will be Alabama-Coushatta.
    • ii. The Subcrats aren't Masters but their mentors are Knights and Masters.

• 3) Corpora Committee
  • a. Members are: Sir Kane, Sir Chewie Lightguard, Sir Zachry Ironwolf, Sir Feral Lynn Hammersong, Sir O'Banion, Master Nomad, Dame Elora

Raven-Goldmoon, Sir Ladyhawk and being overseen by Emperor Sebastian and Sir Margul Malorius.

• • b. Sir Kane stated that there are currently at least two drafts ready for the members of the committee to discuss and combine for the

perusal of the populace.

• 4) Squire Silvertip announced that role-play for the Invasions will be on the Wetlist.

• 5) Sir Ladyhawk asked that Shadowkeep be looked at during Midreign for their above average of populace numbers.

• 6) Sir Margul thanked everyone for their time and efforts during his reign. His new "persona" is Arch Duke Ser Pelliquinn.

• 7) Sir Chewie reminded everyone that Knights will be doing more this reign. He stated that at Midreign or Endreign there will be a "Best

of the Best" A&S tournament that will be judged by Knights.

• 8) Sir Kane motion for the closing of Althing. Sir Feral seconded the motion.
