What is the easiest way to bend or curve PVC, for, say, Bat'leths or hook swords?
Heating in the sun or with a blowtorch, or even on a stove. Ventilation is key. --Linden 03:22, 29 April 2010 (UTC)
I have used a funnel to pour boiling hot water into the PVC (with a cap on the other end). Fill it about 80% of the way and then cap the end you poured into. This will allow you to bend most PVC without the need for an open flame. Once the shape is as you like it, run under cold tap water for a few minutes and it should harden appropriately. Make sure to wear gloves. --Bowen 16:59, 30 April 2010 (UTC)
