Three copies of this document were presented to the monarchs circle at Clan 1995. After its presentation it was signed with the copies being distributed as follows. One copy was presented to the representaive of the Kingdom of the Emerald Hills, Lady Selka Shadowcat. One copy was delivered to the representaive of the Amtgard Board of Directors, Sir Arimithris of the Burning Lands.The final copy was presented to the representative of the Borderlands, Sir Heimdale.
