Mundane Biography

Jamie Williams joined Five Banners in 2008 with a simple, "OK, I'm in." Jamie got his roots playing D&D in 1990 at age 8. An enthusiast of ancient and medieval times tactics and weaponry he very quickly became "one of those guys" in society. The new millennium opened a new venue for his oddities: Renaissance Faires; where Swagga 0'Novar was created (1999). After attending, working (street, stage, vendor and behind-the-scenes) and planning Ren Faires in 8 Mid-West States he decided he needed to travel less and live more. After talking with his brother Ghosttiger and long time gaming friend Malran Singollo he quickly offered his support for Five Banners.

Tired of not making it to Five Banners from Muskogee and going inactive, Jamie founded Sequoyah Thunder.

Character Biography

Swagga O'Novar, Captain of The Obvious. Born of an Irish privateer turned rogue and the native Tahitian woman he settled with, Swagga simply does not fit in anywhere. Possessing a scandalous pedigree, almost zero morals, and nearly half the charm he thinks he has; Swagga set out to piracy with the intention of earning a reputation. And he has... In taverns. Too eccentric to be a bloodthirsty pirate, too crude for gentlemanly swashbuckling, the only thing he has ever excelled at (besides drinking and spending other peoples money) is bodice lacing... Both the un- and re- varieties. Now that he's fallen in with Malran, the world has become a sadder, darker, bad pun filled place.
