History
Formed in late December of 2001, the Seekers forged themselves out of the great newbie explosion of Mordengaard. The thought process behind the forming of the Seekers was that via sheer numbers they could take down any single target on any battle field.
The creation of the Seekers came from a very tightly knit group from the local high school that all joined amtgard at once and had been gaming on other mediums for a long period of time together. Outside of this group they were in fact very picky about whom they allowed entrance. All members were presented with, or were pressed to create the Seeker standard black and blue slashed tabard. At any time there were never more than 12 active members.
Slowly over time the Seekers evolved the dagger rush into their main battle plan. Dagger combat would become a mainstay of the Seekers fights, effectively producing a moderately effective jugging team.
The primary tactic the Seekers used was to allow their opponents and even their friends, to underestimate them. To that extent they never took themselves seriously and became well known for their "Dagger Rush". The formal declaration of this occurred at an "invasion" of Drakenfjord in late 2003.
In January of 2005 the Seekers effectively surrendered into becoming a household thus creating House Seeker while some members retained their standing within the company.
The Seekers chose their highest ranked and formed a household within itself comprised of only a few key members. The Seekers disappeared almost completely after 2004 due to most members dropping from Amtgard.
Some members split from affiliation to form House Duskryn.

Despite being known for its "strength in numbers" at no time did the Seekers ever allow anyone entrance that had not been a long time associate except through a strict interview/acceptance process. Individuals that entered under this were Ian Dracul Kallon, Pickles, Weaver, Pathis, and supposedly Aryx. All of the others had known the founders and each other for many years prior to their entrance in amtgard.
