A special order presented to Sir Goldcrest, Dame Shelai and Ryokushoku Saru, members of Astral Winds in Alaska, for their regular attendance and generous contributions to Mystic Springs in San Antonio. The award was dreamed up by Itsari, who was sheriff of Mystic Springs at the time, as a way to show appreciation and thanks where no standard award seemed fitting.
