From the Book of Engoku:

Description

Whenever confronted with a loud noise (loud being defined as sounds as loud as a firecracker), the creature acts as if affected by the spell Fear. The creature will not approach within 20’ of the source of the noise.

The Kappa is currently the only known Monster to bear this vulnerability.
