Biography
Uranaga appeared quite suddenly on the Sanctum's doorstep in July of 2008. Most people are still unsure as to how he got there.
In August 2008, inspired by the Northern Invasion event, he become a regular attendee.
In September 2008, he was elected Chancellor. Initiatives during his first term included cleaning up the shire’s recordkeeping and reporting; improving its financial position through a mixture of expense reductions and fundraisers; an “image” initiative to make the chapter more identifiable as an entity on the internet and on the field (including the creation of belt favors and a wiki and forum boards redesign); and launch of a program to increase and diversify its event lineup.
In December 2008, he was re-elected Chancellor. Initiatives during his second term conducting a major fundraiser, getting the chapter involved in the sponsorship of major events, creating a backup coordinator program, and starting a series of wall shields to further strengthen the chapter's image.

Likes to make swords. His first weapons, in August 2008, were a pair of daisho (a paired Japanese short and long sword set) that were notable in two, completely opposite, regards:
- They earned him two Orders of the Owl, the second for use of curved blade technology
- Every player who sees those same curved ends for the first time promptly calls for a weapons tip check
