Uranaga, dressed as a Bushi at Feast of Mars IV. Next to him is Hedric Lanscap, one of the Sanctum's most dedicated players.
Biography
Uranaga appeared quite suddenly on the Sanctum's doorstep in July of 2008. Most people are still unsure as to how he got there.
In August 2008, inspired by the Northern Invasion event, he become a regular attendee.
In September 2008, he was elected Chancellor.

Has brought the sanctum out of a bureacratic nightmare and has most certainly shown his quality, the very finest.
