Tugen is very committed to learning more about fighting and the biting of arrows, and has traveled to no less then 6 kingdoms in the pursuit of his goal. He is now living in the Emerald Hills with his lovely wife Kizmit.

Tugen has held the Title of Weaponmaster and has earned the title of Defender for his excellence in the office of Kingdom Champion in the Rising Winds. Tugen also became the first Warlord of the Rising Winds on March 24, 2007. November 10th, 2007 Tugen was bestowed his sword belt via Sir Sparhawk Kingfisher in a Southern Baptist Revival style knighting.

Member of the Shire of Gay Island.
