Biography
Tisha has been puttering "around" Wolvenfang for last last 5 years or so. She is spends a good deal of time trailing after Count Orion, as well as several other Duchy members. A masterful manipulator of loans and bounties throught the Duchy, She is often collecting on debts owed her, through various means.
