Tempest Tourney The brainchild of Lord Robin of Raccoon Keep and Shadow Corvus, named by Chiba, Ryuichiro and started as a way to bring Amtgard in Ohio to a unity that had not been there in the Past. Lasted for three years and then was put to the side is being considered for renewal by Lord Malkav.
