The large Saracen encampment at the Gathering of the Clans Spring War and any other event that has a large showing of saracens, was traditionally known as 'Saracen City'. Large series of interconnected tents, round the clock partying, drinking, drumming, these are the things people associate with Saracen City. At the Sleepy Grass Clan site it was located just below the main battlefield.
Additionally this is the name used by the main Facebook group for the saracens.
