The Freehold of NorthShield is currently seeking enough active members to repetition for Shire status. Please contact Jondal'ar if you will be in the Ellsworth, Maine area.
Heraldry
History
We plan to begin a group Sept 2002. We will play in Ellsworth, Maine at areas to be found when we begin playing. Researching the activity of this Chapter. This group is very heavily a crossover group with the Society for Creative Anachronism. Members of SCA as well as Amtgard are welcomed with open arms, but Amtgard rules will be followed.
The chapter of Northshield, tucked far into snowy Main is the only known Amtgard SCA Crossover group started by SCAers. The chapter is even named in honor of an SCA Kingdom.
