Last Refuge, Freehold
A defunct Freehold of the Burning Lands, located north of Fairbanks, Alaska.
History
Though they sought a contract in November of 2007, this chapter is believed to have had trouble getting off the ground. It became defunct shortly there after without any real affect on the chapters around it.
Some players who went here now attend Astral Winds.
