Supposed kingdom lead by the Puce Prince, used to entice Kingdom-Hopping chapters from leaving the then-competing kingdoms in the same area of Mystic Seas and Valley of the Silver Rains into joining this third kingdom with even better terms. Noted victim: Khan of Singing Woode.
