Started in the Sea of Rhye at the age of 13 in 2006, a few months later invited the shire of kirath to join the sea of rhye, after page redav proposed the idea to make a new park, j-orc,redav,renn,and black dragon set out to make the shire of veles harbor. currently j-orc is the regent of veles harbor.
