Having fought and won, his father returned home to his newborn son and named him Gaisengun which means, "returning victorious army"
At this point, Surudoi was becoming too old to fight in another war and decided to spend his time training Gaisengun. Gaisengun was taught how to read, write, and fight by his father while his mother taught him how to sew and cook as those are things not common on the battlefield. When Gaisengun is not training, he is taking care of those who were affected by the war and storms that wrecked the surrounding islands.

Biography

Gaisengun is Dragonhold's park founder and current monarch. Located in Bluffton, South Carolina he also manages the group's Facebook, Meetup, and LARPing.org presence. Before joining Amtgard, he was a member of HFS (High Fantasy Society) between 2011-2016.

Awards and Titles

As of 12/2019 Gaisengun has the following awards entered into ORK

  • Order of the Lion 1 given for going above and beyond as Monarch and especially not giving up when everyone stopped coming.
  • Order of the Owl 1 given for going above and beyond in creating loaner gear and improving their own tech.

There have been no Titles awarded at this time

Goals

Gaisengun's most notable accomplishment to date is the creation of Dragonhold in June 2018 it's eventual acceptance into Neverwinter as a Shire in November 2019.

His goal for his Amtgard career is to become a Serpent Knight and to become a Healer Paragon at the minimum. He wishes to continue running for office with no intention of slowing down. His current projects include recruiting more members and getting ready for Neverwinter's Dragonmaster in February 2020.
