Empire's Grove
A chapter of Goldenvale, located in New York, New York.
As a bit of an introductory, Paintedvale is a shire made up of students from the School of Visual Arts in Manhattan, as of now. We're not exclusive-non art kids are welcome too. We've only been an official Amtgard group for two weeks now (February 2009) but we've been meeting and fighting since September (2008). We're having a lot of fun so far, we have about seven people out a week and we're working on building ourselves a decent arsenal. But the thought of carrying a pole arm on the subway worries me.

Contacts and Directions
Paintedvale meets in the biggest patch of grass we could find on the island, Central Park. We play behind the Metropolitan Museum of Art, (more specifically near the obelisk) on Sunday afternoons. We're small and close-knit enough that times could probably be sifted for people's schedules.
