Dark Riders
History and leadership
Fighting company spanning two kingdoms (Golden Plains and Rising Winds). Originally founded by Knightmare Harkonnen, Grasshopper Harkonnen, Raban Ethindale Harkonnen, Draven, and Chaos. Leadership structure based on democratically elected council consisting of 11 members (4 specific to each kingdom, 3 floating).
Members start as Minions, working under the tutelage of a full Rider until such time as they can be voted to Wraith Walker status. Upon completion of three Rite of Passage tests, a Wraith Walker is promoted to full Rider Soldier status, allowing them to hold council positions and take a new minion under their wing.
