Section 16. Court Herald

Duties of the Court Herald is the same at the local level as they are at the Confederate level

  • 1. The Court Herald (“Herald”) is responsible for all announcements of the Crown.
  • 2. The Herald shall open and close courts for the Crown and announce all persons coming before the Crown while court is being held.
  • 3. The Monarch may appoint and dismiss the Herald at will.
