History
Contract received by the BL on May 6th 1995.
The Chapter of Caer Sidhe was the first known chapter to exist in the Twin cities Metro area in Minnesota. Starmount, Northguard, Mists of the Dawn, indeed all chapters to have formed in the twin cities since can trace their history back to this chapter.
