Description

These arrows should be marked with black and white striped cloth. Charged by saying "Darkness calls thee" x5 Anyone struck with a charged arrow was affected by a Lost spell.

Use of this relic in Dragonspine is reported by Selric Stonereaver. It is not currently clear if the arrow's effects are treated as Engulfing, or if a strike sufficient to wound is necessary, etc.
