Arclight serves to represent four important principles

• Foritude

Founded as a fighting company based out of Dark Shores , Iron Mountains in 2008, Arclight converted into a household in 2012 with no intention of reverting. Being a part of Arclight means being fair and honourable in all things, on the field and off. Serving the park when able and striving for excellence in your chosen fields, whatever those may be. We aim to serve as facilitators and mediators while maintaining a dominant presence on the field.

Arlen Akumatron has taken over leadership in the most recent months of the household and has worked out a leadership caste into the group to help new and old members to develope and maintain skills in each player's choosen award path.

These are:

Archon; the main leader who helps a member choose their award path and trys to pair a new member with a veteran player.

Eidolons; the veteran players who have been around two or more years in Amtgard or have gotten more than 5 awards in a choosen path. They are picked to mentor and assist in new member's growth.

Sentrys are members who have been in the group for a year or more and have not yet reached 5 orders in a choosen award path yet.

Neophytes; these are the new blood of the group. All new members take on this position for the first year. They may still mentor new players, if they have reached 5 orders in a path, but do not get Sentry or Eidolon rank until they have met that level requirements.
