7.0 Rulebook

Preceded by 6.5.3 Rulebook. Superseded by 7.1.

The new official rulebook that grew out of 6.1. It took effect on midnight of March 31, 2005 leading to a few people believing it was an April Fool's hoax.

Since 7.0 came out it has had a few refreshes.
