Biography

In the middle of an Ohian Valley near a dirty river surrounded by wondrous hills, Valerius Corvus breathed his first breath. His family noble and proud, he grew up a relatively happy child and wanted for nothing. Before his 11th year, his family was was targeted by political rivals and forced to flee their home in the Ohian Valley. They journeyed south passing the hills and into the low country nearest to the coast and started a new life on a populous island of displace nobility where they hoped to start anew. His valley ways and size made him standout among the youth, his quiet disposition invited oppression from his peers. His good nature and determination allowed him to rise above this and become a leader with much renown. As an adult, he organized magic gatherings and quests to slay monsters. Through these quests he met Gaisengun (the first Sheriff of Dragonhold) and many others. After constant monster attacks and ever constant danger- Valerius pledged himself to the Freehold of Dragonhold and after honing his warrior ways became Dragonhold's first Champion.

Valerius has recently started learning magic. While the ways of the warrior came naturally to him-magic has been a more difficult journey. After many magical attempts at his life - he felt it was wise to increase his own power and prowess by following the path of the wizard. This has allowed him to better understand the magical threats that threaten Dragonhold (as well as his martial rivals). His proudest day as a Wizard thusfar is when he successfully threw his first Lightning Bolt. While not the most powerful weapon in the Wizard arsenal- it gives Valerius great satisfaction.
