A Masterhood in the Order of the Griffon. Given for continued excellence in honor on the battlefeild and off. In some Kingdoms this award often qualifies (on paper at least) a player for Knighthood in the Order of the Flame, in others a Master Griffon is in the ladder to Knighthood in the Knight of the Sword.
