Listed as a contracted land by the Burning Lands BoD. Županija Vinske Gore (Shire of Wine Mountains) was a region where main Croatian event of the year at the time (Summer Session) was held. I don't know if they had anything happening regularly, and I doubt it. It was in Katoličke Ćaire near Kutina.
