From the Emerald Springs' Yahoo Group: This is a list to help keep the members of The Shire of Emerald Springs, in San Marcos Texas informed of the comings and goings of the populace. We meet at Rio Vista Park at 555 Cheatham St in San Marcos Tx at 2:00pm every Saturday.
This chapter was active during Kansuke's and Arion's reigns but appears to have gone defunct before 2004.
