This is very inappropriate and mocks the Christian faith. No one is avatars of Christ Jesus.

This page while it may be inappropriate to some is not here to mock anyones faith. Many of the people who are considered "Avatars" of Jesus Christ are Christians themselves. They are not saying that they "are" Jesus; just that they resemble him. If you find this offensive then simply ignore/don't view this page. --Kelvelos 10:13PM (CEN) 30 April, 2008.

I second Kelvelos. The page specifically states that it does not refer to the Christian Jesus. Tolerance is one of Christianity's best tenets. --Linden 07:20, 1 May 2008 (EDT)

In my faith, Tatsumaki *is* an avatar of Jesus! Please stop mocking my faith by removing his glorious reference. -Tanath

You apparently don't know the definition of 'avatar' do you kelvelos. I perused your profile and was sad that on your own personal heraldry you would have the upside down cross. That right there tells me you are out to mock the christian faith that you so rightifully put you are not. If you are not you wouldn't even bother. If you really want to get technical. Jesus Christ was THE Only avatar of God.

But Tatsumaki IS my son - God

If need be, the use of the word Avatar could be changed to Look-alike, but honestly, since the entire point of the Amtwiki is to preserve our history and culture in an organic way, and since it's several voices saying "Leave it alone" and only a single, unnamed individual, wanting to change it, this page should be left alone to preserve the spirit it was written in. Ten, if changing the word 'Avatar' to look-a-like will calm this situation I'm in favor. Baine, please let us know if that is enough for you. --Linden 12:48, 1 May 2008 (EDT)

We don't need to cater to this kind of crap at all. He knew exactly what was meant by the usage of the word "Avatar" and is using this as an oppertunity to spread his religious fantasy to everyone else.

This is a blatent display of someone trying to force their beliefs on a non-church entity. You don't see me bitching about how the article "Implies that Jesus really existed, which is a complete affront to my faith in the flying spagetti monster" because I have both a sense of humor and a grounding in reality.

Please deal with the fact that not everybody is christian, and stop pushing it on people. -Tanath
