Player Notes
Glorious, on Shove + Petrify +Anti-Magic
Spells without a duration or an on-going maintenance requirement (such as Commune has) are considered to be 'discharged' the instant they are cast and thus cannot be dispelled (unless otherwise noted).
Shove, therefor, is effectively 'complete' the moment it is cast and becomes non-dispellable and effectively non-magical. My initial gift of inertia was magical, but the effect of you moving back through the air is completely natural.
Petrify has a duration (the duration happens to be 'forever') and thus a continual effect which may be dispelled or be affected by Anti-Magic.
