Effect
A spell, enchantment, or Fixed Enchantment you cast is negated and expended.
Limitations
May not be used on a magical ball already thrown. Magic that is completed when cast such as Heal or Resurrect cannot be cancelled.
Who gets it?
A 1st level Bard, 1st level Druid, 1st level Healer, and 1st level Wizard spell.
